When will I receive my order? Safari Town strives to give you great customer service. We ship most orders within 24-48 hours (1-2 ) business days after we receive your order. You should receive your order within 3 - 7 business days on average. Shipping times will vary depending on your location, with regular ground shipping. For an additional charge we are happy to expedite your delivery, just call or email us, and we are happy to give you other shipping options!
Free ground shipping on most orders over $25.00 within the Continental U.S. Excludes (Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). Please see other exclusions listed below
Standard shipping orders are sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS ground, or Fed Ex ground. at our discretion.
Ground Shipping please allow an average of 3 - 7 business days depending on your location.
Express shipping is to be paid in full by the customer.
Exclusions Some over sized items are excluded from our Free Shipping Offer: surfboards, carveboards, boardbags, skimboards, skateboards, body boards, longboard skateboards, Surfboard Wall Racks, Skateboard Wall Racks, and Thule Roof Rack Systems.
Exclusions Over sized Items. Some oversized items going to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico will incur additional freight charges. We will email you if their will be any additional charges before shipping any item out!

Need your order Fast? Please keep in mind if you qualify for the free shipping your order will be shipped ground only! If you need your products sooner please expedite your shipment. You may email us that you would like to expedite your order, and pay for express shipping. We can email you back with your shipping options.(please include your name, email and phone #)
When will my order be shipped? Most in stock merchandise will be shipped within1-2 business days after we receive the order! Please allow 2-3 business days for surfboard, skateboard and snowboard racks to ship.
If you order any merchandise that is currently out of stock, we will notify you by email or phone and let you know when we will expect to receive the merchandise from the manufacturer, and what your other available options are.
